Swim Lessons
Sunshine offers group swim lessons to children in the community on a regular basis. Classes are held at Sunshine's therapeutic pool. The pool is kept at a warm temperature that is comfortable for small children. Locker rooms are available for changing.
Classes for children ages 3-5 with beginner or intermediate swimming skills are available on Monday and Thursday mornings at 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. The next session runs June 5-22, 2006. Classes cost $66 for six sessions.
Classes for children ages 6-10 are held on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. for beginner and intermediate swimmers. Two sessions, lasting three weeks each, will be held. The first session will run June 10-24 and the second will run July 8-22. Each session will cost $33.
New Class!
The newest addition to our class lineup is a Parent-Child water safety and
orientation class. Parents will be in the water with their 1-3 year
olds. Classes will take place on Tuesday mornings from 10:15-10:45
a.m. and run three weeks from June 6-20. The cost is $66.
